Rev. James R. Carroll has been known simply as “Pastor Jim” since 1981. He has a BA in Bible and later earned his MBA. Pastor Jim has been with MHBC since the summer of 2001. He and his wife Diana have served together in various ministries since their marriage in May, 1981. Together they have five children: Lynette graduating college and plans to serve with Heart House in Bangladesh; Randy in his second year of Biblical Studies; Andrew in High School; Alyssa and Layna in Grade School. He and his wife are passionate about ministries that can impact families and provide a challenge to young people for ministry.

After three and one half years of ministry, Aaron and Martha Harding along with their growing family left their home in Maui Hawaii in 2008 and through a series of circumstances were led to Marcus Hook, PA, where they have been serving the Lord and the children in youth departments since March of 2009. Aaron and Martha’s passion is to be like Jesus and to challenge everyone they know to be passionate about Him too.

Mrs. Diana Carroll has a BA in Bible and later earned her MRE. She has always been an active volunteer in places of ministry and presently serves as the director of our Preschool Program. Diana has helped develop and lead programs such as Ladies Auxiliary, Women’s Ministry, Student Ministries, and our Community Meal Program. She and her husband have five children, cared for many foster children, and hosted troubled teens.

Joan Santino has been Church Secretary since February, 1989 and a member since 1976.  She has served six pastors and two interim pastors plus various associate pastors and staff.  Joan has also served in various volunteer positions such as Church Clerk, Flower Commitee, and 3rd-grade Sunday School teacher.  Married to Joe for 46 years and very active in the African Violet Society of America as a grower and judge.  Previously she was an Executive Secretary in a large firm for 17 years.  Something you may not know is that she use to be active in target and field archery!
